My work as an artist educator has been focused on the enhancing of learning abilities for organizations and individuals, in topics such as sustainability, leadership, problem solving, innovation and entrepreneurship. I am passionate about the role of creativity and art-based methods in social development and personal growth. I have worked with charities and NGOs, such as Oxfam, Amnesty International, Cancer Research UK, etc., as well as governmental agencies and international organizations. I am a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy United Kingdom and work as a lecturer in ethics, sustainability, responsible business and design thinking. I am also co-director of the Centre for Innovation in Business Education, Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge, United Kingdom). Currently I am developing a number of workshops in the area of Design Thinking promoting innovation, problem solving and creativity, key skills for the 21st century economies.
